QXEL ("we," "us," "our," or "QXEL") operates the QXEL digital marketplace platform (the "Platform" or "Service") accessible via qxel.app and its subdomains. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data with transparency and care.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Platform. It also outlines your rights concerning your personal data.

By accessing or using the QXEL Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

4.3 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to enforce our Terms of Service.

4.4 Business Transfers

In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Active Accounts
Until account deletion or a prolonged period of inactivity.

Transaction Records
7–8 years, as required by applicable financial and tax regulations.

Product Information
Product information is retained while a product is listed on the platform. Users may delete products; however, if a product has generated one or more sales, it will be archived rather than permanently deleted to ensure continued access for previous purchasers. Archived product information will be retained for this purpose.

Digital Product Files
Digital product files are stored while a product is listed on the platform. If a product with sales is removed by its creator, the files will be archived and retained to allow past buyers to access their purchases.

When a product is archived, associated engagement data such as cart entries, reviews, ratings, and similar activity records may be permanently removed and will not be retained.

Account Deletion
Users may delete their account at any time. Account deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately. Deleted accounts cannot be restored, and we do not maintain backups for deleted accounts.

If you have sold products through the platform, products previously purchased by customers will remain archived after account deletion to ensure those customers can continue to access their purchases. Personal profile information associated with the deleted account will be removed or anonymized where reasonably possible.

We may retain financial records, transaction histories, tax documentation, and other information that we are legally required to maintain, even after account deletion.

Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data where possible, except where retention is required by law or necessary to fulfill our obligations to existing customers.
