A. Information You Provide Directly:
- Account Information: Name, email address, contact number, password, and profile details when you register as a Buyer or Seller.
- Seller/Buyer Details: For Sellers, information related to your expertise, biography, and documents you list. For Buyers, your purchase history and interests.
- Financial Information: We do not directly store your full payment card details. Payment processing is handled by our trusted third-party payment gateway, Cashfree Payments. We receive and store transaction identifiers, amounts, and payout account details (for Sellers, such as bank account number, IFSC code, and name as per bank records) necessary to facilitate payouts.
- Communications: Contents of your messages, inquiries, or support tickets sent to us via email or the Platform.
- Document Content: The documents (research reports, files) you upload as a Seller, which may contain personal or proprietary information.
B. Information Collected Automatically:
- Device & Log Data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, pages visited, time and date of visits, time spent on pages, and other diagnostic data.
- Cookies & Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Platform, remember your preferences, and analyze trends. You can control cookie settings through your browser.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Platform, including search queries, clicks, and document views.

We may receive limited information about you from third-party services, such as Cashfree Payments (to confirm transaction status) or social media platforms (if you choose to link your account).
