Refund Policy
Limited Refund Policy
All sales on Qxel Marketplace are final unless the product is broken, empty, or fundamentally unusable. Without a valid reason, Qxel does not provide refunds.
1. How Qxel Purchases Work
When you purchase a product from Qxel:
- The purchased product appears in your account dashboard
- The product is immediately and completely shared with you as the buyer
- You receive permanent access to the purchased product
2. When Refunds Are NOT Allowed
Qxel does not provide refunds for the following reasons:
- Change of mind after purchase
- The product does not meet expectations or assumptions
- The buyer found a similar or cheaper product elsewhere
- The buyer accidentally purchased the wrong product (please review before buying)
- The buyer no longer needs the product
- Incompatibility with buyer's systems unless clearly misrepresented in product details
- Any other reason not explicitly covered under Section 3 below
3. When Refunds MAY Be Allowed (Valid Reasons)
Qxel may issue a refund only in the following circumstances:
3.1 Product is Broken or Corrupted
- The downloaded file cannot be opened or accessed
- The file is corrupted or damaged
- The product does not function as described due to technical issues
3.2 Product is Empty
- The product contains no actual content
- The file size is suspiciously zero or near-zero with no valid content
- The product page misrepresented the existence of content
3.3 Product is Fundamentally Unusable
- The product received is completely different from what the product details describe
- Critical missing components make the product unusable for its stated purpose
- The product violates Qxel's Terms of Service or contains prohibited content
Important: Refunds are granted at Qxel's sole discretion after investigation. We protect both buyer and seller interests.
4. How to Request a Refund (Valid Reasons Only)
If you believe your purchase qualifies for a refund under Section 3:
Step 1: Contact Support Within 7 Days
You must report the issue within 7 days of purchase.
Step 2: Provide Required Information
Include in your message:
- Your registered email address
- Product name and purchase date
- Transaction ID (if available)
- Detailed description of the issue
- Screenshots or video evidence showing the problem
Step 3: Investigation
Our team will:
- Verify the issue within 2-3 business days
- Contact the seller if necessary
- Test the product file when applicable
Step 4: Resolution
If approved:
- Full refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Access to the product may be revoked
If denied:
- We will explain the reason for denial
- No refund will be issued
5. Seller Protection
To protect our sellers from unfair refund requests:
- Refunds are not granted for "change of mind" or buyer error
- Sellers are given an opportunity to respond to disputes
- Repeated refund requests from a buyer may be flagged as abuse
- Qxel reserves the right to deny refunds for frivolous or bad-faith claims
6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Important: Do not file chargebacks without contacting us first.
If you file an unauthorized chargeback:
- Your QXEL account will be suspended immediately
- You will lose access to all purchased products
- We will provide evidence of our refund policy to payment processors
- You may be liable for chargeback fees imposed by the payment processor
Always contact support with any purchase issues before taking other actions.

8. Policy Updates
We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of Qxel after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
This Refund Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
