Refund Policy

No Refunds Policy

All sales on Qxel Marketplace are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchased documents.

1. Digital Product Delivery

When you purchase a document on Qxel:

  • The document is immediately delivered to your registered email address
  • The document is also available in your Dashboard under "My Purchases"
  • You receive instant, permanent access to the document

2. Why No Refunds?

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • Documents cannot be returned once delivered
  • We cannot verify if a document has been downloaded, copied, or used
  • Sellers are compensated immediately upon sale
  • This protects the intellectual property of our sellers

3. Before You Purchase

To ensure satisfaction:

  • Review document details, description, and sample (if available)
  • Check seller ratings and reviews
  • Verify the document meets your specific needs
  • Ensure you understand the document format (PDF, DOCX, etc.)

By completing a purchase, you confirm you have reviewed the document details and accept our no-refund policy.

4. Document Issues

If you encounter issues with a purchased document:

  • First, check both your email and Dashboard for the document
  • Check spam/junk folders in your email
  • If a document is corrupt or unopenable, contact support within 7 days
  • If a document is significantly different from its description, report it to support

We will investigate and may replace problematic documents at our discretion. This does not constitute a refund.

5. Payment Disputes

Do not file chargebacks without contacting us first.

If you file an unauthorized chargeback:

  • Your Qxel account will be suspended immediately
  • You will lose access to all purchased documents
  • We will provide evidence of our clear no-refund policy to payment processors

Always contact support@qxel.app with any purchase issues before taking other actions.

Include in your message:

  • Your registered email address
  • Document name and purchase date
  • Transaction ID (if available)
  • Detailed description of the issue

7. Policy Updates

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of Qxel after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

This Refund Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.
