A: Qxel rejects the product only if the product contains nothing but a URL or it is against our terms.Q: Does Qxel require KYC?
A: Qxel KYC is only for large sellers just for safety, and there is no feature difference between Non-KYC and KYC users.Q: How many products can I upload?
A: We don't have restrictions on the number of products you can upload. We have a soft limit of 15 per day.Q: What file formats are supported?

Q: How do I access purchased products?
A: Purchased products are immediately available in your dashboard under "My Purchases." You can download them anytime.Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Yes, but only in situations like if the product file has some errors or the product file doesn't match its details.
Reporting & Issues
Q: How to Report a Product?
A: Report products directly on the product page using the Report icon (flag symbol). Please provide specific details about your concern.Q: What happens when I report a product?
A: Our moderation team reviews reported products within 24 hours. If a product violates our policies, it will be removed, and appropriate action will be taken against the seller.Q: How do I report a seller?
A: Use the "Report User" option on the seller's profile page or contact our support team with details.Q: What should I do if a product doesn't work?
A: 1. Contact the seller directly through the platform messaging system- If unresolved, contact our support team within 7 days of purchase
- Provide screenshots or details of the issue
Account Management
Q: Can I have both buyer and seller accounts?
A: Qxel user accounts work the same for both. There is no separation.Q: How do I update my account information?
A: Go to Dashboard → Settings → Account to update your profile information, email, and password.Q: What if I forget my password?
A: Go to Forgot Password page and change your password there.Q: How do I delete my account?
A: Contact our support team to request account deletion. Note: This action is irreversible and will remove all your products and purchase history.
