Seller Agreement
By selling on Qxel, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Policies of our Platform.
This Seller Agreement ("Agreement") must be read alongside our Platform Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Service.
By being a Seller (also referred to as "Creator"), you acknowledge and agree to how we collect, access, and distribute your Data as described in our Privacy Policy and this Agreement.
Quick Summary
- Public Product Information: Qxel shares the Product details you enter publicly while granting access to the Product for people who have access (purchased, or you gave access).
- Tax Responsibility: Qxel collects only Platform GST from buyers. You, as the Seller, are solely responsible for collecting and filing your Product's GST and other taxes, if applicable.
While being a Seller on Qxel, you must agree to align with our Terms and Conditions.
1. Store Name Policy
Qxel allows every Seller to have their own custom store name for selling their Products.
By default, every User receives a random creator_xxxx Store Name. You can update that Name by going to Settings (/help/seller/get-started).
Prohibited Store Names
While setting your Store Name, we have established policies to protect our Brand and ensure the quality of content. The following types of Store Names are prohibited as they can harm both our platform and your valuable buyers:
- Brand Affecting Names – Names that impersonate Qxel, competitors, or infringe on trademarks.
- Sexualized or Unethical Names – Offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate content.
- Unrecognizable Names – Random gibberish, excessive special characters, or names that make no logical sense.
Allowed Characters
You may use the following characters for your store name:
- Lowercase letters (
a-z) - Uppercase letters (
A-Z) - Numbers (
0-9) - Hyphens (

Changing Your Store Name
Currently, we do not impose strict limitations on changing your Store Name – you may change it at any time. However, please remember that changing your Store Name will affect your page SEO, and there will be no redirect from your old page.
2. Products Policy
Qxel approves a large variety of Products and types of Services, but every Product must ensure it does not violate our Products Policy.
Prohibited Products on Qxel
The following types of Products are strictly prohibited:
- Sexual Products / Adult Content
- Nudity
- Government Sources (unauthorized)
- Leaked Information
- Copyrighted Materials (without proper authorization)
- Illegal Content of any kind
Warning: Uploading prohibited documents or Products may result in immediate account termination and could expose you to legal consequences.
3. Seller Responsibilities & Acknowledgements
3.1 Tax Compliance
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Qxel only collects GST on the platform service fees charged to Buyers.
- You are solely responsible for determining, collecting, and remitting all applicable taxes (including GST on your Product sales, income tax, or any other taxes) to the relevant tax authorities.
- Qxel does not file or remit any taxes on your behalf related to your Product sales.
3.2 Product Access & Distribution
You acknowledge that:
- Once a Buyer completes a Transaction, Qxel will grant that Buyer access to your Product through the Platform dashboard.
- You may also manually grant access to specific Users at your discretion.
- You are responsible for ensuring your Product functions as described and is free from malware or harmful code.
3.3 Intellectual Property
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions for any content you upload or sell.
- Your Products do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
- You will indemnify Qxel against any claims arising from alleged IP infringement in your Products.
3.4 Accurate Representation
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, clear, and truthful Product descriptions.
- Not use misleading keywords, fake reviews, or manipulative tactics.
- Respond to Buyer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
4. Fees & Payouts
4.1 Platform Commission
Qxel deducts a platform commission fee of 6% from each successful Transaction before payout.
4.2 Payout Processing
Additional payout processing charges imposed by our payment partner may also be deducted.
4.3 Payout Schedule
Payouts are processed according to the schedule specified in your Seller Dashboard. Qxel reserves the right to hold payouts for fraud review or dispute resolution.
5. Termination
5.1 By Qxel
Qxel may suspend or terminate your Seller account immediately if:
- You violate this Agreement or the Terms of Service.
- Your Products are found to violate our Prohibited Products Policy.
- You engage in fraudulent or deceptive conduct.
5.2 By You
You may stop selling and close your Seller account at any time by contacting Support. Outstanding payouts will be released after applicable holds.
5.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your Product listings may be removed from the Platform.
- Buyers who have previously purchased your Products will retain access.
- Qxel is not obligated to refund any fees already paid.
6. Agreement Updates
Qxel may update this Seller Agreement from time to time. Continued selling on the Platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
