Deleting Products: Archive vs. Delete

When you delete a product on Qxel, the action depends on whether the product has any sales.

What does "Archived" mean?

When a product is archived:

Note: Currently, once a product is archived, you cannot view it from your dashboard.

Step-by-Step Guide to Delete/Archive a Product

Step 1: Go to My Products

Navigate to your products list:

Step 2: Click Edit on the Product

Find the product you wish to delete or archive. Click the Edit option on that product card.

Step 3: Scroll to the Bottom

Once you are on the product details editing page, scroll down to the bottom of the page.

Step 4: Click Delete/Archive

At the bottom, you will see:

Next to it, you will also see a Save option.

Click on the Delete or Archive button.

Step 5: Confirm

A confirmation prompt will appear. Confirm your action. Your product will be deleted or archived immediately.
