Qxel does not have ownership or authority over any products uploaded or distributed via the Platform.

All Products listed on Qxel are uploaded, offered, and sold by independent Sellers (Creators). Qxel is a marketplace facilitator and does not claim any intellectual property rights over Seller content.


Copyright Compliance

All Products uploaded to the Qxel Platform must align with applicable copyright laws and regulations.

By uploading a Product to Qxel, Sellers represent and warrant that:

Uploading copyrighted materials without proper authorization is strictly prohibited and violates both this Copyright Policy and our Terms of Service.


Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that a Product available on the Qxel Platform infringes upon your copyright or the copyright of someone you are authorized to represent, you may report the infringement to us.

How to File a Copyright Complaint

Required Information in Your Notice

To help us process your request efficiently, your copyright complaint must include the following information:

  1. Your Contact Information: Full name, email address, and physical address or telephone number.

  2. Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (e.g., title, author, publication date, registration number if applicable).

  3. Identification of the Infringing Material: The specific URL(s) or location(s) on the Qxel Platform where the allegedly infringing Product is located.

  4. Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  5. Statement of Accuracy: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

  6. Electronic or Physical Signature: Your signature (electronic signatures are accepted).


What Happens After You File a Complaint

Upon receiving a complete and valid copyright complaint, Qxel will:

  1. Review the complaint and verify the information provided.
  2. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing Product pending investigation.
  3. Notify the Seller who uploaded the Product about the complaint and the action taken.
  4. Cooperate with copyright owners and legal authorities as required by applicable law.

Counter-Notice

If you are a Seller whose Product was removed due to a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected].

Your counter-notice must include:

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the Product unless the copyright owner files a legal action against you.


Repeat Infringers

Qxel maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of Users who are repeat infringers of copyright. If a Seller repeatedly uploads infringing materials, their account may be permanently suspended or terminated.


False Claims

Knowingly submitting a false or fraudulent copyright complaint may subject you to legal liability, including damages and attorneys' fees. Please ensure your complaint is genuine and accurate before submitting.
